Silver Surfer

I have no idea what the movie is about but maybe we'll go see it for Father's Day.

Back in the day (1968-1969), this was the only comic book I collected, all eighteen issues.

The Marvel Comics superhero was created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby. Thematically, the stories dealt with the Surfer's exile on Earth and the inhumanity of man as observed by this noble yet fallen hero. The Silver Surfer comic book series became known as one of Lee's most thoughtful and introspective works.

I will miss you on Father's day this year! Maybe we can get together the following weekend. Love you!

We went to see the movie last night and even the Silver Surfer couldn't save the Fantastic Four in my opinion. All I can do is hope there will be a solo spin off film for the Silver Surfer.
