Run

Running seems to be the most effective way for me to burn off a few extra pounds. Decided to spring for some new rubber because the old ones are so beat up I can't remember what color they were when I bought them.

According to the salesman at Fleet Feet this is a "durable training shoe for moderate pronators".

I can't tell for sure the model in the picture, but Stephen has logged several thousand miles on Brooks Adrenalines and will use nothing else. I had him fitted at Fleet Feet (two different times, once at each store over a couple year period) and ended up with the same shoe each time. Though I shop there occasionally, I buy most of the replacements from Holabird sports online and drop the total cost about $15.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9

Fleet Feet $105.00 + 6% tax = $111.00
Holabird Sports = $83.95 (no shipping & no tax)

Fleet Feet provided the fitting and actual product comparisons, so that's worth it for finding the right shoe, but once you know what you want...
