Zone 1.1 Time Trial (pt. 3)

Another Monday evening around the GTC TT course, solo on a stock road bike (Cannondale CAAD 5). This was the third test since I returned to cycling about 5 weeks ago, the previous test rides were posted on June 21 and June 28. As fitness and form returns and results improve, it gets harder to contain my enthusiasm and keep riding with the governor on. The plan is at least 3 more weeks of "base" phase.
