I understand the HR peak on Puckett's Mill, but I am amazed how much you were able to lower it climbing Sunny Hill. I rode Sunday about a minute slower than you, but HR probably averaged 15 higher.
Posted by Dean at March 30, 2004 08:18 AMSunny Hill is about a mile from home, so I try to start cooling-down if there is no one to sprint with. I'm still riding the 12-25 cassette so I just drop to the easiest gear there is.
