Comments: Macabre Mar 25

As I said before , the real Macabre was at RR in Gainesville .

Due to cramps I finished ( but finished ! ) pedaling with left leg .
Ouch !

Impressive ride Wojtek! I haven't seen the results but I know there were about 60 starters and heard that about 50% were lost to attrition (DNF). That's a wicked course and only the best power-climbers have a chance to win everyone else is doing great just to survive.

You summerize the event just about the same like the crowd at the parking lot .

It was not the race against each other but against the elements and rather survival than a race .

My mission accomplished :
- I got an experience
- I did finish
- I was not the last
- I had a good workout

Hope it is downhill from here .( talking about hills )
