The 29er thing seems to be the ticket with the endurance crowd. You being a taller guy as well I think it would be a nice fit for you. I was checking Namrita's Jaberwocky out. Nice ride. The Addictive bunch will never steer you wrong and Sam Curlee at CycleSouth is pushing them too. The Indyfab's are really nice too but more $$$. Let me know what you decide and lets go MTBing.
